Why does the AI sometimes play oddly or stop moving?
This is usually caused by an unstable connection or a high server load. Try refreshing the page. If it repeats, send a screenshot, time, and URL so we can inspect logs faster.
Do Leaderboard points / rank update immediately?
Usually yes, right after the game ends. If not, wait 10–30 seconds and refresh. In rare cases, anti-cheat verification may need a few extra seconds.
Can I report cheating?
Yes. Please send a description, the game ID if available, screenshots/video, and the time it happened. Reports affecting fair play are prioritized.
My saved board position is missing or broken in history. What should I do?
Check that you are signed into the correct account. If it still fails, send a screenshot of the board-position page and your browser details so we can investigate.
