Policies

1) Service Plans and Benefits

  • Available plans (if any): Free / Plus / Premium…
  • Benefits: higher AI limits, premium features, extended game history…
  • Pricing and duration: clearly shown before payment.

2) Payment Methods

  • Local/international cards, e-wallets, bank transfer, payment gateways… (depending on integrations).
  • Invoices/receipts (if applicable) will be provided based on the information you supply.

3) Renewal, Cancellation, and Plan Changes

  • If auto-renewal is offered: how to enable/disable and when charges occur must be clearly shown.
  • Users may cancel renewal before the next billing period to avoid charges.
  • When upgrading/downgrading: the effective rules (immediate or from the next period) must be clearly stated.

4) Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) generally depend on the reason and timing of the request:

  • Eligible for refund: charged but benefits not received; confirmation error; incorrect charge due to technical error.
  • Not eligible for refund: benefits significantly used; terms of service violation; mid-period cancellation not caused by system error.
  • Processing time: typically 3–15 business days (depending on payment channel).

5) Payment Issue Resolution

  • Send a screenshot of the transaction/receipt and your account email via the support page.
  • We may request the transaction code, timestamp, and amount for reconciliation.
