Terms of Use

• "Service": dypora.com and its related features (chess gameplay, game history, analysis, leaderboards, AI chat, sign-in, etc.).
• "User": anyone who accesses or uses the Service.
• "Content": game data, chat messages, display names, avatars, and other information created by users while using the Service.
• "AI": automated features such as character chat, move analysis, strategy suggestions, or other automated responses.

• You agree to use the Service in accordance with applicable law and not to infringe upon others' rights.
• You are responsible for your device, internet connection, and the security of your account (if any).
• You should not enter sensitive information (passwords, card numbers, specific home addresses, private data…) into the chat, including AI chat.

• Some features may require sign-in (e.g. saving game history, rankings, or per-account AI limits).
• If you sign in via a third party (e.g. Google), you agree to allow the system to receive the minimum information needed for authentication (such as email, display name, avatar if available).
• We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or restrict accounts when signs of abuse, cheating, or harm to the system/other users are detected.

The Service aims for a fair and enjoyable experience. The following behaviors may result in restrictions, temporary suspension, or access bans:

• Chat spam, request flooding, or creating abnormal load on the system.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities to inflate scores, alter results, or bypass limits.
• Using automated bots (auto-click, auto-request) to disrupt the system or gain unfair advantages.
• Technical attacks (DDoS, API scanning, injection, intentional data corruption).
• Impersonating others (misleading names/images) or posting offensive, hateful content.

Note: The system may apply rate limits by IP/account/device to protect the Service.

• AI is provided to enhance your experience (move suggestions, analysis, character dialogue). AI responses may be incorrect or inappropriate in some cases.
• The Service may apply AI usage limits per account, per IP, per game, or per day to prevent abuse and optimize costs.
• When the AI limit is reached, the system may switch to automatic responses or temporarily suspend the AI feature.

You agree that AI is a support feature, not guaranteed-accurate advice or professional consultation.

• You may not post/create content that violates law, incites hatred, harasses, threatens, or invades privacy.
• You may not send content containing malware, phishing links, or instructions harmful to others/the system.
• We may hide/remove content or restrict chat features if a violation is detected.

• The system may save game history, results, moves, timestamps, and metrics (for reviewing, analysis, and rankings).
• Scores/rankings may change due to algorithm updates, bug fixes, anti-cheating measures, or data syncing.
• If cheating or a technical error is detected, we may adjust or delete game data affecting fairness.

• The UI, design, source code, images, sounds, and components of the Service belong to the project owner (except third-party licensed portions).
• You may not copy, resell, or commercially exploit the Service without written permission.

For content you create (e.g. chat, name/avatar), you grant the system the right to display that content within the scope of operating the Service.

• The Service is provided "as is" and may be interrupted due to maintenance or technical issues.
• We do not warrant that AI or analysis features are always accurate, and we are not liable for decisions you make based on AI responses.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access when:

• You violate these terms, abuse the system, or engage in harmful behavior.
• Maintenance, upgrades, or security incident response is needed.
• A valid legal request from a competent authority is received.

We may update these Terms of Use over time. The new version will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will be updated.
