This page explains how to request deletion of your account and/or personal data on dypora.com.

Policies

1) How to Request Account Deletion

  1. /en/account Log in to /account and find the "Delete account" option (if available).
  2. If there is no direct delete button, send an email with the subject: "Account Deletion Request". send an email to [email protected] .
  3. The email should include: login email, display name, and confirmation that you are the account owner.
Verification Notice

To prevent accidental deletion, we may ask you to verify your identity (e.g. confirmation via login email or OTP).

2) Processing Time

  • Receipt and verification: typically 24–72 hours.
  • Deletion completion (if valid): typically 7–30 days depending on data volume and internal processes.
  • If a dispute or violation requires investigation, the timeline may be extended to ensure safety and fairness.

3) What Data Will Be Deleted?

  • Account information: display name, avatar, profile info (depending on DB model).
  • Personal data linked to the account (if any): email, user configuration.
  • Some public data may be hidden or anonymized (e.g. name changed to "Anonymous Player").

4) What Data May Be Retained (As Necessary)?

To protect the system and comply with legal requirements, some data may be retained for a limited period:

  • Technical/security logs (anti-fraud, anti-spam) for a reasonable period.
  • Payment transaction data (if any) for reconciliation/dispute resolution.
  • Data needed for serious violation investigations or valid requests from competent authorities.

5) Deleting Chat/AI Data and Game History

Depending on system architecture, game history and chat content may be fully deleted, or hidden/anonymized to preserve fairness (e.g. keeping the game record but anonymizing the player).

If you want to delete only chat or game history specifically, please state this clearly in your request so it can be handled correctly.
